CRAZY A** DRIVERS & POLICE
I just want to get to where I wanna go like everybody else.
Sometimes we are all surrounded by a**holes behind the wheel...
I'm not gonna front & say I haven't done foolish things while driving, but DAMN!
The number 1 thing that gets to me is PEOPLE who "break" for no relevant reason.
-Can't blame it on alcohol or drugs....just "dumbass" driving
Also, yall better watch out for the insurance scam; people out here setting you up to be @ fault causing collisions.
Deaths have been confirmed as a results of this scandalous scheme, involving doctors...is this the "American Way of Live?"
POLICE......badboys huh?
It also seems as if Police in my city have stepped up street patrol, like we are a "police state" or something....they waiting to get ya!
Never negotiate or lose control of your amendment rights during Police Encounters
Peep out this video yall! Visit your local ACLU Chapter "Know The Lw" (www.aclu.org)

Search Ends For NFL Players in FLORIDA
The Coast Guard called off the search Tuesday for two NFL players and a third man lost at sea off the Florida coast after their boat capsized during a fishing trip.
Officials said the search would end at sundown, with Oakland Raiders linebacker Marquis Cooper, free-agent defensive lineman Corey Smith, who played with the Detroit Lions last season, and former South Florida player William Bleakley still missing in the rough, chilly seas.
"We're extremely confident that if there are any survivors on the surface of the water that we would have found them," said Coast Guard Capt. Timothy Close, who added that searchers scoured the equivalent of 24,000 square miles over more than 60 hours.
Hopes were raised Monday when crews found a fourth man who was aboard, 24-year-old former South Florida player Nick Schuyler, who managed to stay with the boat after it overturned Saturday evening.
William Bleakley's father said he felt comfortable with the Coast Guard's decision and that his expectations lowered after only one survivor was found.
"I think they did everything that they could," Robert Bleakley said of the Coast Guard. "I think they were not to be found."
Close said searchers found a cooler and a life jacket 16 miles southeast of the boat, but no other signs of the men.
Prospects for survival became more grim throughout the day, with Cooper's father saying the Coast Guard told him privately officials were losing hope because so much time had passed and hypothermia risks were high. Coast Guard officials said publicly that they were still hopeful.
"I think the families understood that we put in a tremendous effort," Close said. "Any search and rescue case we have to stop is disappointing."
Family and friends embraced and sobbed outside the Coast Guard station shortly before the announcement. They left without talking with reporters.
"I'm sure that I'll speak of Will like he's still with us for a long time," Robert Bleakley said later of his son. "He'll be an inspiration for me for a long time. He always has been. I told everybody, I call him my hero."
Lions running back Kevin Smith called Corey Smith "a good, quiet guy, who always put in an honest day's work."
Kevin Smith, a Florida native, said he has been fishing off the coast as far as the men were in boats smaller, the same size and larger than the 21-foot watercraft that capsized.
"The No. 1 thing when you're out there is, you have to respect the water," he said. "I know those guys had safety vests. I'm trying not to even think about it. That's a tough way to go."
The four friends left Clearwater Pass early Saturday in calm weather, but heavy winds picked up through the day and the seas got heavy, with waves of 7 feet and higher, peaking at 15 feet on Sunday. A relative alerted the Coast Guard early Sunday after the men did not return as expected. The Coast Guard said it did not receive a distress signal.
Close said some family members asked about continuing the search on their own, which he discouraged but said the Coast Guard wouldn't prevent.
"I can't emphasize this enough," Close said. "We do not want any additional search and rescue cases resulting from people who are outside their experience level."
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission may be heading out Wednesday to recover the boat, which was still on the water.
Schuyler told the Coast Guard the boat was anchored when it capsized. The four friends were able to put on life vests and huddle together, but eventually became separated, he said.
Schuyler was dehydrated and showing symptoms of hypothermia, but his condition was upgraded to fair on Tuesday. Hospital officials said he didn't want to talk to the media.
The Coast Guard hadn't had more detailed conversations with Schuyler "due to his physical and medical condition," Close said.
Cooper, who is 26 and owns the boat, was selected in the third round of the 2004 NFL draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers out of Washington. He played 26 games for the Bucs in his first two pro seasons, then led a nomadic NFL existence.
Cooper and Smith, 29, became friends when they were teammates at Tampa Bay. Smith signed with the Bucs as an undrafted free agent in 2002, and spent last season with Detroit before becoming a free agent. The former North Carolina State standout recorded 42 tacjavascript:void(0)kles (28 solo), three sacks and 10 special teams tackles in 2008, his best NFL season.
Bleakley, a 25-year-old former tight end from Crystal River, Fla., was on the USF football team in 2004 and 2005. He had one reception for 13 yards in his career, which also included some time on special teams.
I hope the NFL continues to support the families through this tragic event.

2009 PROM CONTROVERSY
WHAT DO YOU THINK...IS IT THAT SERIOUS?????
Chesterfield county have many girls scrambling.
Some girls plan for prom night a year in advance and pay BIG dollars for their dress. But what's perfect in their eyes might just get them kicked out of prom.
School officials say they laid out some general guidelines for prom, in part, after a dirty dancing incident at last year's homecoming dance at Clover Hill high that left some concerned about attire. For example, no plunging necklines or bare midriff.
It's up to the 11 individual high schools to adopt them.
"We can have a back that come down to our hips and no cut outs in the front," said Chapman.
"This is the one event girls look forward to all year and they're making it so strict some of the dresses they're telling us we should be wearing are old lady dresses," said James River High student Kelsey Atkinson.
McSherry wants the schools to be a little bit more understanding when the girls show up for prom. But school officials say security will be on hand to monitor the dress code and anyone not following it will be asked to leave.

Will More Radio Stations Stop Chris Brown?
Two stations have publicly pulled his songs, but others are waiting to see how case pans out.
For radio, the decision about whether to pull Chris Brown's songs from the airwaves is a difficult one, as the story about his arrest following an alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna continues to unfold.
Like other artists before him whose private legal matters have impacted their public careers — such as Michael Jackson and R. Kelly — it appears that, for now, many program managers are taking a wait-and-see approach with one of the most popular radio artists of the past few years.
According to the Indianapolis Star, pop-radio station 100.9 WNOU-FM pulled Brown's music from its playlists Tuesday based on "listener criticism of the singer after his arrest in connection with the assault of a woman." The station's program director reportedly polled his audience for feedback, and 52 percent voted to drop Brown. The said Brown's songs could reappear when more is known about the case or his legal issues are resolved.
WAKS-FM 96.5 in Cleveland announced that it yanked all Brown songs from its on-air playlist until further notice, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The station's nighttime DJ, Java Joel, said in a press release: "After the alleged incident, the phones exploded. It's all that people wanted to talk about. They were outraged at this alleged behavior and wondered why we were continuing to support his music. I agreed, and immediately pulled all Chris Brown songs from my show until this thing shakes out in the legal system."
Following Joel's comments, program director Bo Matthews reportedly decided to pull Brown's music off the station entirely. "It appears that Chris has made some poor choices," Matthews said. "We are following the lead of our listeners, and we will not be supporting Chris Brown on 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland until the alleged situation gets resolved."
Bob Burke, vice president/ managing director for the radio-industry trade magazine Friday Morning Quarter Back, said so far, the two stations are the only ones to publicly drop Brown, though "Forever" has seen a bit of a drop-off in spins since the news broke over the weekend. "This story is gaining legs now, but those are the first two to take a stance on it," he said. "As more facts come out, it's up to each individual station [to decide if they will drop Brown]."
For programmers, the decision is a bit easier, he said, since neither Brown nor Rihanna currently has a huge single at radio, but both have a number of songs in rotation across the country. "It's still early, and it's hard to tell what people will do," he said. "Some might play it safe, but could people stop playing his music for a while or possibly drop it forever? It remains to be seen. Like R. Kelly, it's innocent until proven guilty."
So far, Brown has been dropped from his Doublemint gum endorsement deal and has pulled out of some scheduled appearances at this weekend's NBA All-Star game.

Chris Brown vs Rihanna (Round 2)
Chris Brown vs Rihanna DRAMA
R&B/Pop sensation Rihanna, unlike Chris Brown, is holding on to endorsement deals including CoverGirl and doing 'just fine' Wednesday. According to CoverGirl, Rihanna's ads will continue to run as scheduled despite the ongoing investigation being conducted by the LAPD. CoverGirl sources, who spoke late Tuesday, say "Out of respect for our CoverGirls, we do not share information regarding their personal lives."
In addition to CoverGirl repping the "Don't Stop The Music" star, the singer's grandmother says her granddaughter is 'fine' according to local Barbadian newspaper Daily Nation.
"Rihanna is fine and she is doing well," says grandmother Clara Brathwaite.
As reported Tuesday, Rihanna is said to be in full cooperation with investigators.
However, in a disturbing update, Rihanna is said to have told investigators that Chris Brown said "I'm going to kill you" during their alleged altercation.
An unidentified source, who spoke with E!, claims Rihanna became angry and threw Brown's keys out of the car during their alleged argument at 12:30am. As a result of Brown not being able to find the keys, the source says Brown went into a rage and put his hands around her neck.
While story after story is being leaked through outlets such as E! and Access Hollywood, legal experts say domestic cases like this tend to fall apart when the victim refuses to testify.
In Brown's case rumored photographs taken at the scene may, according to attorney Alexandra Leichter, be enough to convict.
Los Angeles Police Department Investigators, as reported Tuesday, have been asked to conduct further investigation into the weekend's alleged incident, according to a statement issued from the LAPD.
Chris Brown is due in court next month.

Chris Brown & Rihanna ...What Happened?
I work for a media outlet...but DAMN..its messed up we always build up our brothers & siters, then so quick to destroy their careers.

Here's the Updated STORY:
Chris Brown awaits charges; victim not identified
FROM THE LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The only Grammy Awards anxiety Chris Brown was supposed to feel was over whether he'd win one. Instead, the R&B singer remains mired in suspicion over an allegation of domestic violence.
Following Brown's arrest late Sunday night on suspicion of making a criminal threat and subsequent release, plenty of questions remained: Was there a physical attack, and if so, against whom was it committed?
Los Angeles Police Sgt. Bridget Pickett said authorities continued to investigate what took place early Sunday in the ritzy Hancock Park neighborhood shortly after Brown and longtime girlfriend, pop superstar Rihanna, were seen happily sitting together at the annual pre-Grammy party hosted by Clive Davis.
Officers received a 911 call about an incident in which a woman accused Brown of hurting her. Authorities have not identified who that woman was, citing confidentiality for victims of domestic abuse.
The 19-year-old Brown, who had left the scene before authorities arrived, turned himself in to police while the Grammy Awards were going on Sunday without him — and also without Rihanna, who, like Brown, canceled her scheduled appearance.
Brown was released after posting $50,000 bail. Pickett described the singer as "professional" during processing.
Rihanna's publicist declined to say why the singer did not appear, saying only that she was "well" and expressing thanks for the concern. Brown's representatives also refused to discuss the allegations or his arrest.
A phone message left with Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, was not immediately returned Sunday night.
News of the incident broke as stars were showing up at the Grammys. Police said in an initial news release, sent 90 minutes before the show began, that the woman accusing Brown showed visible injuries.
Still, Brown was not booked on suspicion of physically hurting the woman. Pickett said a criminal threats charge indicates a person makes a threat and has the capacity to carry it out.
"There may be domestic violence charges added later, but that will be up to the district attorney's office," Pickett said.
Less than an hour after the ceremony ended, Brown left a police substation with his attorney as numerous photographers tried to get a shot of him on the way out.
Pickett said Brown did not appear to have any physical injuries. She said she did not know who placed the 911 call and a police spokeswoman said the department would not release the tape.
